Average member tenure
Against an industry benchmark of 1.8 years. The bench has institutional memory, not a revolving door.
Source: Internal roster audit, Mar 2025A closed collective. A public directory. Every Guildmate who would touch your product, named, located, and dated — because the work is too important to hide behind a curated marketing face.
The bench is small on purpose. We have turned away more applicants than we have admitted. What follows is the working directory of the twenty-four people who will sit across from your founding team when the work begins.
Roster maintained manually. Last reconciled 14 March 2025. Emeritus members listed separately on request.
Every roster is a lineage. The current twenty-four descend from five escapees who, in 2017, walked out of the agency model and converted a Brooklyn warehouse into a studio where the work — not the pitch — was the deliverable.
Principal Designer, Systems
Author of the Outcast design system. The first commit in the Guild repo. Holds the line on what ships and what doesn't.
Principal Engineer, Platform
Wrote the original platform contract that every Guild engagement still ships against. Believes in fewer services, better contracts, no theatrics.
Design Director, Brand
Carried the brand lineage from the agency years and quietly dismantled it. Refuses the word “campaign.”
Strategy Lead, Narrative
Editor of the Guild's published voice. Reads every public case study twice. Drafted the anti-NDA clause that still binds every engagement.
Creative Director, Motion
Stitched the motion language the Guild is recognized by. Returns to the studio every Friday. Refuses to relocate permanently.
