Let’s admitted: The “Meet The…” by Valve is one of the best video game machinimas to be released by a company. These videos were extremely funny, and shed some light to the TF2 classes. Well, it looks like the “Meet The…” team will get a chance to work on an upcoming comic book based on game. Gabe Newell explained to G4TV that “[t]he reason we’re doing it is… that we think that’s where our customers already are…[f]igure this out, don’t… license it to somebody else. You’re the people who understand the property and we’re fans of you, so you have to figure out how to make the movies, the TV shows and the comic books.TF2 right now is very much at the cutting edge of trying to think through what does a cross-media property look like.” That’s not the best part! When host Geoff Keighley asked him “Do you imagine a day when you could have a Team Fortress 2 movie or TV show?”, Newell immediately responded with “Yes…”
