One of the biggest games that made a big splash at E3 2009 was
Halo 3 ODST. Halo 3 ODST is a unique take on the Halo universe by letting players control a character that’s not Master Chief. Bungie said that the game’s single player campaign will be 3-5 hours long, feature three new multiplayer maps, an invitation to the 2010 Halo Reach multiplayer beta and a new cooperative mode called Firefight. But, how much will this “expansion” cost? How about $60? That’s right, Bungie revealed that the standard edition of Halo 3 ODST will cost $60, while the Collector’s Edition of the game will cost $100. So, what is included in the CE edition of the game? Developer’s Commentary? How about Red vs. Blue Reconstruction? Nope! A brand spanking new UNSC-green special edition Halo wireless controller! Seriously, that’s it. Halo 3 ODST will come out September 23rd of this year!
