PSA-Pariah’s Guild Version 2 Is Up And Running

Man! The past three days have been tough. I tried to learn flash, so I can implement a flash image gallery to the blog (that failed miserably), then my web server was attacked by Russians (the web server admin said that it was a DDOS attack), then I fanatically looked for a brand new wordpress theme. In a nutshell, I acted like a chicken with its head cut off.. But, with that out of the way, Pariah’s Guild version 2 is up and running! Here’s what’s new at version 2 of Pariah’s Guild…

New Category system-While working on the website, I accidentally converted all of the old categories into tags (you can look at them by going to tags at the bottom of the website). Although it may seem to be a good thing to you, it was bad news to me. But, this meant I could add a much better category system that surpassed the old one. Instead of listing OMG, Videos, News, etc, there will be seven main categories: Ads (ha! You thought I forgot about them, didn’t you!), Columns, Games, Gaming Machinima, Modding Warehouse, MISC., and PSA. However, there will be subcategories within Games, Gaming Machinima, and Modding Warehouse. Although these categories are not in the nav, they will appear within time.

Mobile Compatible!- That’s right! You can now take Pariah’s Guild with you on your mobile phone. Thanks to Wordpress moblie plugin. Pariah’s Guild will expand to other mobile devices, including PDAs, and Iphones.

What a Mess!- Since the Pariah’s Guild new theme organizes posts on the homepage by post thumbnails, it’s not really recommended to go to the next page of the homepage for the next 100 posts (trust me, the time will fly by). If you did already, then you’ll realize that you can barely read any posts or watch videos on the next couple pages of the homepage.
