Although most Map of the Week articles on Pariah’s Guild talks about my favorite maps in any game, I featured mostly Team Fortress 2 maps. Well…I couldn’t find any good Team Fortress 2 maps for this week. So I went to plan B; feature my favorite Portal map. This week, I’m talking about Station 1.

Station 1 is one of the toughest maps I’ve encountered in Portal. First, you have to enter a room filled with nothing with Turrets. Then, you have to figure out how to survive the room of turrets while progressing to the next room. Then you…well, that’s the farthest I’ve reached. In the map. For those Portal (and maybe people who like to solve a rubric cube everyday) fans out there, you can probably solve this map a hour flat.
